On the other hand, the 2019 F-150 has an outstanding powertrain with twin-turbo V-6 that produces 375 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. Its strongest engine is an advanced twin-turbo V-6 that is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, capable of towing for more than 13,200 pounds.

F-150 has a wide range of engine choices including a 3.0 diesel good for 440 lb-ft of torque with 10-speed automatic transmission. Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum models already offer a diesel engine. The standard engine is the 325-hp twin-turbo V-6, yet it can be upgraded into a more powerful version such as the 375-hp twin turbo V-6.

It delivers a good performance with 290 hp and 265 lb-ft of torque that can tow between 5,000 and 7,700 pounds. In order to achieve the best performance without fuel economy, upgrade to 2.7L EcoBoost V6 that generates up to 325 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. With its towing capacity that ranges from 7,000 to 9,000 pounds, the significant torque upgrade makes it better for towing.

With a 5.0L V8 that delivers 395 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, it can also tow 8,400 to 11,600 pounds and tow 10,700 to 13,200 pounds with a twin-turbo 3.5L Eco Boost V6 that delivers 375 hp. 470 lb-ft of torque is available under certain models of the 2019 F1-50.

Interior and Exterior Features

2019 Silverado offers more space and cargo volume in the cargo box with an impressive bed width and bed length for standard and short box. Designed with strong roll-formed steel that makes the bed floor of the Silverado lighter and more durable. Keep a cargo secure by its 12 standard tie-downs with 500 pounds per corner and 9 removable accessory tie-downs.

Ford F-150 has a few driver assistance features available with a clear display with logical menu structure and good quality graphics. SYNC 3 infotainment system, B&O Play audio system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are supported along with a 4G LTE Wi-Fi.

F-150 has an integrated trailer brake controller, a 360-degree camera with a split-view display, dynamic hitch assist, pro Trailer Backup Assist, adaptive cruise control, pre-collision assist with emergency braking, active park assists for parallel parking, lane keeping system, and the FordPass Connect.
